Shotokan Karate Kata and Kumite Seminar - April 2008

On Saturday the 19th April Sensei Martin Wilson of Providence Shotokan Karate Club, Sheffield conducted a Shotokan karate kata and kumite course in Leeds.

The course was attended by forty students of all ages and grade ranges. All the students above 5th Kyu were taught the kata Jitte by Sensei Wilson whilst Sensei Leak aided by Sarah Packham Taught the lower grades Heian Shodan and Godan.

Later the students where given some valuable instruction in kumite by Sensei Wilson and Karate International's own Habib Azizzi of the FEKO International team.

All those that attended had a great time and are looking forward to the Kobudo & self defence Seminar on Saturday the 17th of May
