Those members above the grade of 4th Kyu where taught the kata`s Unsu and Bassai Sho whilst the junior grades taught Heian Sandan and Heian Godan.
After a short break the students where then given some kumite training by Sensei Wilson. He followed with a few techniques in self defence and control and restraint.
All those that attended enjoyed the sessions and seemed very keen for the date to be arranged for the next one. This will take place in late September early October and will be a multi style course.
