Karate International - Multi Style Seminar

Karate International Black Belt Schools UK held another multi style seminar on Saturday 9th February in Leeds.
The event was attended by over 60 students and instructors from around the country.
The Jiu Jitsu was taught by sensei Peter Clarke 6th Dan of the Kodokan Jiu Jitsu school in Leeds. He was assisted by Sensei Bob Young. sensei Clarke has over 40 years experience in Jiu Jitsu and karate.
Self Defence and Kick Boxing was taught by Sensei Jim McClelland of Cobra Martial Arts, Scotland. sensei McClelland has been teaching for over 15 years and has street experience in Glasgow and fought in the 1st Gulf War.
Okinawan Kobudo was taught by Sensei Nick Beech of Karate International Black Belt Schools. Sensei Beech is an experienced Shotokan karateka and Kobudo exponent.
Sensei Paul Hirst of Karate International also gave some of those that attended a rear treat of teaching a Goju Ryu kata. Sensei Hirst is graded in several styles of martial arts and is a national Jiu Jitsu Champion.
